For those who love this product, the Hotel offers a guided tour followed by an extra virgin olive oiltasting experience, along with wine and local products.
Experience at the olive oil mill with EVO oil and local Tuscan products tasting
Working since the beginning of the 20th century, the olive oil mill selected by the Hotel is a place where gestures and traditions are carefully preserved in order to give you an authentic product, made as once was.
Our experience in the olive oil mill includes:
- Guided tour and lesson about oil extraction methods
- Tasting of local extra virgin olive oil along with Montegemoli bread, wine and local products

The olive oil mill is a 10 minutes’ drive from the Palace Lido Hotel & Suites. The transfer from the Hotel to the olive oil mill is not included, but can be required at an additional cost while scheduling your experience. The experience can be scheduled at the Hotel reception.
